GetInspectd is operated by GETINSPECTD TECH LLC.

GetInspectd provides software to independent inspection companies. This policy covers our website, platform, and inspection-related communications sent through GetInspectd. Your inspection company is responsible for its inspection services and the customer information it enters into the platform; its own privacy practices may also apply.

• Account and business information, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company details, logos, and professional credentials.
• Inspection information, including property addresses, property characteristics, appointment details, observations, photos, permits, reports, and signatures.
• Billing records and invoice information. Where an external payment provider is used, payment-card details are handled by that provider.
• Communication preferences, consent records when collected, and message delivery or opt-out information.
• Technical information needed to operate the service, such as device and browser information, service logs, and storage used to keep you signed in or preserve offline inspection work.

Location information may be used with your permission to record conditions at an inspection site. Property information may also come from property-data providers or uploaded documents.

We use information to operate and secure the platform, manage inspections, prepare and share reports with authorized recipients, maintain billing records, provide support, and send requested service communications. We may use service providers to obtain property and weather information or process inspection text and documents with AI. Inspectors remain responsible for reviewing that output.

Information is shared with your inspection company, recipients authorized for your inspection, and service providers needed to deliver the service, such as hosting, communications, property-data, and payment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and rights of users.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with providers necessary to deliver the messaging service.

With your consent, GetInspectd may send inspection-related appointment notifications, invoice links, and report-ready notifications on behalf of your inspection company. Message frequency varies; a typical inspection may involve about three messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing an inspection.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. These messages are not a general two-way support channel. For questions about your inspection, contact the inspection company listed on your appointment confirmation or invoice. See our SMS Consent page for details.

Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain inspection and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Access controls and other safeguards help protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Offline inspection data may remain on the device used to capture it.

For access to, correction of, or deletion requests concerning inspection records, contact your inspection company using the contact details on your appointment confirmation, invoice, or report. Platform account holders can update their business information in Settings and submit platform privacy questions through their existing GetInspectd support contact. Requests may be subject to identity verification and legal record-retention requirements.

GetInspectd is not intended for children under 18. We may update this policy as services or requirements change and will update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
