Inspection business owners who sign up for GetInspectd see an optional, unchecked checkbox during company setup at getinspectd.com/onboarding. Checking it and entering a mobile number agrees to account setup, security, and service alert texts from GetInspectd. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of using GetInspectd.

Messages are sent by GetInspectd on behalf of your inspection company from a shared platform number. Message frequency varies; a typical inspection may involve about three messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Text messaging is optional and consent is not a condition of purchasing an inspection. Your inspection company must obtain your explicit permission before enrolling you. Providing a phone number, booking an inspection, or visiting this page does not by itself opt you in.

Your inspection confirmation link includes a separate, optional checkbox for text updates, unchecked by default. Enter the mobile number you want to use and explicitly check that box to give permission. You can confirm your inspection without selecting texts. After confirming, the same link lets you save or withdraw your texting preference. This information page does not collect or record consent.

STOP: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation. To receive texts again, provide a new opt-in through your inspection company.

HELP: Reply HELP for messaging assistance. For appointment changes, invoice questions, or report questions, contact your inspection company using the details on your confirmation or invoice.

Ordinary replies are not monitored as a two-way support conversation. Delivery can be delayed or fail; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use texts for emergencies.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared except with service providers necessary to deliver messages. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more details.
