Terms of Service

GetInspectd is operated by GETINSPECTD TECH LLC.

By using GetInspectd, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business whose account you manage. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Keep account information accurate and credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for granting access only to authorized people. Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, or access another company's records without permission.

GetInspectd provides software, not home inspections, insurance advice, or coverage decisions. Your inspection company provides the inspection and is responsible for professional qualifications, findings, required evidence, signatures, and the accuracy and completeness of reports. Using an official form does not guarantee insurance eligibility or acceptance.

Property data, weather, satellite imagery, AI suggestions, and automatically filled fields may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are supplemental information, not a substitute for an inspector's verification or professional judgment.

You retain rights to the content you provide. You grant GetInspectd permission to store, process, and share that content as needed to provide the service. You must have permission to upload photos, signatures, personal information, and documents and to share inspection reports with their intended recipients.

Recipients should protect report links and use reports only as authorized by their inspection agreement. Report access and release conditions are determined by the inspection company and applicable agreements.

Inspection pricing, scheduling, cancellation, refunds, and payment obligations are governed by your agreement with the inspection company. GetInspectd does not set those inspection fees. Any platform subscription or separately purchased service is subject to the pricing and payment terms presented at purchase.

The GetInspectd messaging program sends transactional texts on behalf of your inspection company: appointment confirmations or reminders, invoice and payment links, and notifications or links when inspection reports are ready. Texts are sent from a GetInspectd platform number, not the individual inspector's personal number.

• Messages require your opt-in. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your inspection; a typical inspection may involve approximately three messages. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; no further program texts should follow unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the inspection company using the details on your appointment confirmation or invoice.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed; texts are not for emergencies.

Routine replies are not monitored as a two-way support conversation. Automated opt-out and help requests are separate from ordinary replies. More details are on the SMS Consent page, and mobile data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep GetInspectd available, but connectivity, maintenance, and external services can affect access, syncing, and delivery. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free output. GetInspectd is not responsible for an independent inspector's work or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Access may be suspended for misuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. We may update these terms and will change the effective date and provide notice of material changes as appropriate. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

For appointment, invoice, report, or messaging questions, contact the inspection company listed on your confirmation or invoice. GetInspectd account holders should use their existing platform support contact for account and service questions.
